When the fridge won't run on either LP or electric, start with the basics they share. Check for a solid 12V DC at the power board, check the fuses on the board, and look for a flashing fault code on the display. Our won't turn on checklist and error codes page walk through it.
The Optical Display Board 636388 you asked on has been discontinued by Norcold. For the N611V/N811V, the power board kit 621991001 is in stock. Norcold's replacement for the N611 is the N7X, and for the N811 it's the N8X. See our Norcold replacement guide. Our Tech Support service can help you pin it down.
