"AC HE" means the board sees a problem with the AC heating element circuit. Usually the element is open or burned out, or there's a bad connection. With the power off, check the element with an ohmmeter. An open reading (no continuity) means the element is bad. See our AC HE fault code article, the Norcold error codes page.
