Since the outlet over the sink and the outside GFCI are dead too, the problem is in your RV's 120V AC wiring, not the fridge. Those outlets are usually on the same GFCI circuit, and the fridge outlet is often downstream of it. Check for a second GFCI that has tripped (sometimes hidden in a bathroom or outside compartment), the breaker for that circuit, and a loose connection at the first outlet in the chain. Loose backstab connections are a common cause when the problem comes back. Once the fridge has 120V AC again, the "A" code should clear. If power is good at the fridge outlet and the code stays, check the AC fuse on the power board and the heating element. Our not working on electric guide and Norcold error codes page cover it.
