Plugging an extension cord straight into the fridge is a good test. The whole-coach outlet problem is in your RV wiring, though. Since the outlet over the sink and the outside GFCI are dead too, the problem is in your RV's 120V AC wiring, not the fridge. Those outlets are usually on the same GFCI circuit, and the fridge outlet is often downstream of it. Check for a second GFCI that has tripped (sometimes hidden in a bathroom or outside compartment), the breaker for that circuit, and a loose connection at the first outlet in the chain. Loose backstab connections are a common cause when the problem comes back.
Since the fridge still didn't work on AC with the extension cord, there's a second problem at the fridge itself. Check the AC fuse on the power board and the AC heating element (test it with an ohmmeter, power off). For an N821, the element is the Norcold AC heater 638374 on newer units.
