Hi Kai. The Circuit Board 691448 is listed for the N3150, and it has been discontinued by Norcold. The N3104 boards we've carried, the 691443, the 691453 and the board kit 691449, have all been discontinued by Norcold too. A blown 20A fuse on the 12V side also makes me suspect the 12V heating element or wiring may be shorted, so check that before installing a new board.
The N3104 fridge is discontinued too. Norcold's current 3-way replacement is the Norcold N4150, and the Norcold DC105 is closest in size. See our Norcold replacement guide.
