If the fan and control board work but the compressor won't start, the usual cause is the Control Module 640178 on the compressor, or low voltage reaching it. Check for a solid 12V at the module with the fridge calling for cooling, and count any flashes on the module's LED. The flash count tells you if it's low voltage, a fan fault or a stalled compressor. Also make sure the thermistor 640149 is good, or the board won't call for cooling. The control module is in stock. See our Norcold error codes page or reach out to our Tech Support service.
