Thanks for all the detail. That helps. When the fridge cools well on AC/DC but runs warmer on propane with a good flame, it's almost always low heat input. That points to gas pressure, burner position, or the flue. Since you've already changed the orifice, igniter and solenoid and cleaned the baffle, check these next:
1. LP pressure. Even with other appliances working, pressure can be a bit low. It should be about 11 inches water column with everything running. Most RV shops can test this quickly. 2. Make sure the burner is lined up directly under the flue tube, and the flame goes straight up into it. 3. Make sure the flue tube itself is clean all the way up, not just the baffle.
