When an N821 won't turn off, it's usually the front optical board (a stuck or failed button), or the power board not responding. The Optical Display Board 628974 fits the N621/N821, but it has been discontinued by Norcold and is out of stock. Try a hard reset first: disconnect 12V to the fridge for a minute, then reconnect. For boards, the in-stock 628661 or the Dinosaur 6212XX are the options. The N821 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
