Since the element measures good (43 ohms), gets 120V and the fuses check out, it could be the board's AC relay or a connection at the element. Check whether the element actually gets 120V when the fridge calls for AC. If it does and the boiler still doesn't get hot, the element may not be fully seated. If it doesn't, the power board 639593 for the Polar N8 is the likely cause, and it's in stock. Look up the single red flash on the N7/N8/N10 fault codes article.
