There isn't much to winterize on a 1210 without an ice maker, since there's no water line. Before storage: turn it off, empty it, and wipe it dry. Prop the doors open so it doesn't get musty. Turn off the propane and shut off 12V (pull the fuse or use the battery disconnect) so the board isn't drawing power. In the spring, make sure it's level and let it run 12 to 24 hours before loading it. The Norcold 1210 has been discontinued by Norcold, and the replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS.
