No, the Optical Display Board 628974 fits the N621/N821, not the N641. For the N641, the optical board is the 628976/637780. Both have been discontinued by Norcold. If the fridge won't turn off, try a hard reset first: disconnect 12V for a minute, then reconnect. The N641 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N7X.
