The buttons are part of the optical board. Norcold doesn't sell the button by itself, and a failed switch usually can't be repaired. It's worth trying a few things: unplug the ribbon cable, clean the contacts, and plug it back in. Then do a hard reset by removing 12V for a minute. For the N841, the Optical Display Board 628976/637780 and the Board Kit 633287 have both been discontinued by Norcold. The N841 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X.
