Sorry, we don't have the 620196 gas valve for the N400. It has been discontinued by Norcold, and we haven't found another source. You can see what's still available on the N400 series parts page. The N400 is discontinued too. Norcold's current 3-way model in that size range is the Norcold N4150. See our Norcold replacement guide.
