Hi Bryan, that's an unusual one, since the freezer is normally the coldest part of an absorption fridge. If the fresh food section is holding 34.5 degrees, the thermistor is satisfied, and the fridge cycles off before the freezer gets cold. Try moving the thermistor so the fridge runs a little longer, and check the freezer door seal with the dollar bill test. Norcold doesn't sell separate gaskets for most models.
