Try a hard reset first. Disconnect 12V to the fridge (pull the fuse or use the battery disconnect) for a minute, then reconnect. If the power button feels loose and won't respond, the switch on the optical board has probably failed or the ribbon cable connection is loose. Reseat the cable and try again. The Optical Display Board 637081 for the 2118 has been discontinued by Norcold, so it's only available while our remaining stock lasts. The 2118 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N20DCSS. See our Norcold replacement guide.
