We don't have a replacement for the 1601 150 0 (SP-201B) power supply, and I can't confirm a cross-reference for it. If you send us the fridge model number, we'll see what we can find. Low voltage at the compressor can also come from the wiring or battery, so check the voltage at the power supply input while the compressor tries to start.
