For a 9162 with a 1078-83-13A board, the in-stock replacement is the Dinosaur N991 board for the 900/9100 series. The Board Kit 637779 (replaces 633292) is for the N621/N821, not the 9162, and it has been discontinued by Norcold. Icing up in all modes usually means the fridge isn't cycling off, so a new board is a good bet after a new thermistor. The 9162 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N7X.
