Probably not. The Power Module 638396/640291 is for the newer style DE0061/DE0041, which is why it looks different from your 17-year-old unit. On older units the temperature control is a separate part. This module has also been discontinued by Norcold. The DE0061 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N2175.
