If the flame lights but the valve shuts after about 5 seconds, the board isn't seeing the flame. Since the thermistor controls temperature, not flame sensing, it isn't the cause here. Check the flame sensor/electrode: clean it, check its position in the flame, and inspect the wire and ground. Also clean the burner so the flame hits the sensor properly. Look up the code on our Norcold error codes page and our not staying lit on gas article. The N3104 is discontinued, and Norcold's current 3-way model is the Norcold N4150.
