For an N611RT with a serial number below 9056491, like yours (1409385), the Power Board Kit 621991001 is the one to use, and it's in stock. I can't confirm whether it includes the green circuit board you're asking about, so please check with us first. The Optical Display Board 621988 has been discontinued by Norcold, so it's only available while our remaining stock lasts. The N611 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N7X.
