The N412.3 has been discontinued by Norcold, so it isn't available as a replacement anymore. I also can't confirm it was an exact physical match for the N402.3. The closest current Norcold 3-way model is the Norcold N4150, which is a different size, so compare its cutout dimensions with your opening. See our Norcold replacement guide.
