If the N8V is freezing food, first check the thermistor. It should be clipped on the correct fin, and if it has fallen off, the fridge will run nonstop. Then test the thermistor 638391. I can't confirm what that green blink every 20 seconds means on your model. See our N7/N8/N10 help article and too cold page. The Optical Board 639509 has been discontinued by Norcold, but we may still have limited stock. Norcold's current replacement for the N8V is the Norcold N8X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
