"LI OP" means the high-temperature limit switch on the cooling unit's boiler has opened. The fridge shuts down and beeps as a safety measure. It usually means the boiler overheated, and that's often a sign the cooling unit is failing. Look for yellow residue or an ammonia smell. Please don't bypass it. See our LI OP / fire hazard article and Norcold error codes page. If the cooling unit is bad, we carry the Nordic Cooling Unit 6610 for the 1200/1210. The Norcold 1210 has been discontinued by Norcold, and the replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS. See our Norcold replacement guide. Our Tech Support service can help you confirm it.
