We'd be glad to help, but we need a bit more info. What model is your fridge, and is it the AC heater that isn't coming on? If it's the AC heating element, check that the fridge is in AC mode with 120V at the outlet, check the AC fuse on the board, and test the element with an ohmmeter (power off).
