We don't have a video posted, but it's a straightforward swap. Turn off 12V, 120V and the propane first. Remove the board cover behind the lower outside vent, and take a photo of every wire and plug before you disconnect anything. Move the connections to the new board one at a time, then reinstall the cover. The igniter clicking after the flame is lit usually means the board isn't sensing the flame, so also clean the electrode and check its ground. The Power Board 632168001 has been discontinued by Norcold. For the N821, the in-stock options are the 628661 and the Dinosaur 6212XX. The N821 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
