The Norcold Gas Valve 617944 is the valve we list for several older models, and I can't confirm it's an exact match for your Rialta 3163. It has been discontinued by Norcold, so it's only available while our remaining stock lasts. See our 3163 parts page. The 3163 is discontinued too. Norcold's current 3-way model is the Norcold N4150.
