We have a model N611FIT or N611EIT in our motor home and need to replace the two crisper bins, will the above work? (Norcold Crisper Bin 628688 (fits the 1210 models))

The bins you asked about (628686 and 628688) are for the 1210, so they won't fit an N611. For the N611, see the Crisper Bin 618571, the door bins 619005 and 624864, and the in-stock 624863. Several of these have been discontinued by Norcold, so check the product pages for availability. The N611 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N7X.
