It's a fair question. The Norcold N20DCSS is built specifically for RVs. It runs on 12V DC, is sized to fit RV cabinet openings, and is designed to handle road vibration and travel latching. A residential fridge is made in much larger volumes, runs on 120V AC (so it needs an inverter and a big battery bank off-grid), and usually doesn't fit an RV opening without modification. Many owners go residential and are happy with it; others prefer a fridge designed for the RV. Current pricing is on the product page.
