Sorry you had a rough time with the 2118. Absorption fridges struggle in very hot weather, especially if the vents are restricted or the cooling unit is getting weak. The Norcold N20DCSS is Norcold's replacement for the 2118. It's a 12V DC compressor fridge, so it holds temperature much better in the heat. See our Norcold replacement guide.
