If it holds 25/48 no matter the setting after you've replaced the thermistor, temp switch and control board, the controls probably aren't the problem. The cooling unit isn't moving enough cold into the fresh food section. Common causes: the fridge isn't level while running, poor ventilation behind the fridge, or a cooling unit starting to fail (look for yellow residue or an ammonia smell). A fresh food section much warmer than the freezer is a classic sign of a weak cooling unit. See our freezer cold but fridge warm guide and not cooling guide.
