That lower hinge socket is a common break on Norcold doors. The best fix was the Reinforced Hinge Kit 640435, which adds a metal bracket. It has been discontinued by Norcold, but we may still have limited stock, so check the compatibility list on the product page. If your fridge is an N6XX or N8XX, see our broken door options article.
