The Norcold 634746 is no longer available. For the 1200/1210, we now carry the brand-new Nordic Cooling Unit 6610, which replaces both the 634747 and 634746. I can't confirm the diffuser detail. The product page shows what's included. The 1200/1210 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS. See our Norcold replacement guide.
