The 621953 is the burner/orifice for the N300/N302. The 621957 is for the larger N6/N8/N1095/600/6000/900/9000 fridges. They're sized differently for each fridge's heat input, so use the one listed for your model. The 621953 has been discontinued by Norcold. The N300/N302 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N4150. See our Norcold replacement guide.
