Probably not without cabinet work. The Norcold N4150 (5.3 cu ft) is quite a bit larger than the N145, so it won't drop into the N145 compartment. Compare the N4150 cutout dimensions on its product page with your opening. The N145 is discontinued, and the closest compact fridge in Norcold's current lineup is the Norcold DC740 (12V DC only).
