On the N410.3, the optical display cover is usually held by small screws on the underside or sides of the control panel trim. Sometimes the trim just snaps off after you remove the screws behind it. If you can't find them, gently pry at the bottom edge with a plastic trim tool. The Optical Display Board 628663 for these models has a 2-3 week lead time. See our N410/N412 parts page.
