For the N811's 120V AC heating element, the AC Heating Element 621702 (many older models) is in stock. The 630811 (many post-2006 models) has been discontinued by Norcold, and we may still have limited stock. I can't confirm which one your serial number uses, so check the wattage and voltage printed on your old element. The N811 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X.
