Stop jumping that pin. If it arcs and blows the coach fuse, you're shorting a 12V supply pin to ground, not the reset pin. That can damage the board or wiring. The reset procedure only works with the exact pin and steps from Norcold. See our lockout/reset article and board won't reset article. If you never hear the beep, the board may not be getting power, or it may be damaged. Our Tech Support service can walk you through it safely. The 628661 is in stock if you need a new board.
