On the N10DC, if it has power but won't cool, first check that a solid 12V reaches the compressor module while it's calling for cooling. Low voltage is the most common cause. Then check the module's LED for an error flash. The most common failed part is the Control Module 640178, which is in stock. The 628661 you asked on doesn't fit the N10DC. Since your camper is a 2021 and the fridge has barely run, contact your dealer or Norcold about warranty first. See our error codes page.
