The 621702 and the 630811 are different elements. The 621702 is for many older models, and the 630811 is for many post-2006 models. Their resistance and wattage are different, so use the one that matches your fridge. An "H" fault means the board isn't seeing the AC heater work. After a cooling unit swap, the common causes are an element that wasn't moved over, isn't plugged in, or isn't fully seated. Also check the element with an ohmmeter. See our AC HE / H code article. The 630811 has been discontinued by Norcold. The N821 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
