Great choice for hot weather. A 12V compressor fridge like the Norcold N2175 holds temperature much better in the heat than an absorption fridge. For ice, use ice cube trays in the freezer compartment. It doesn't have an automatic ice maker. Tall items like milk usually fit on the lower shelf or in the door. Check the door bin and shelf heights on the product page for your containers.
