On an N611, "F" means a flame failure on gas and "H" means the AC heater isn't working. If it shows both and won't cool on electric, first check the AC heating element with an ohmmeter (power off) and the AC fuse on the board. Then check the gas side (burner, electrode, propane supply). See our AC HE / H code article and F / no FL code article. If the heater tests good and has no power, the board is the likely cause. For a 2012 N611, the 628661 is in stock. The N611 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N7X. See our Norcold replacement guide.
