"LO DC" means the board sees low 12V DC. New batteries are a good start. Also check the voltage right at the fridge board while it's running, clean and tighten the 12V connections, and check the wire size to the fridge. The cooling fans and high-limit trips in hot weather are a separate issue. The fans are switched by a thermostat on the back of the fridge. The fan thermostat 640235 is a common fix. A high-limit trip means the boiler got too hot, which can point to a failing cooling unit. See our fire hazard article. The 1210 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS.
