An "n" on the N821 display means the board shut the fridge down because it didn't see the cooling it expected (the "no CO" safety). That usually means the cooling unit is failing. Look for yellow residue or an ammonia smell at the back. Resetting may get it running briefly, but it usually comes back. See our "no CO" / n code article and error codes page. If the cooling unit is bad, we carry the Nordic Cooling Unit 3381A. The Board Kit 637779 has been discontinued by Norcold. The N821 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X.
