On these panel-type doors, the decorative panels slide in behind the trim frame. Remove the screws on the door's trim strip (usually along the top or side edge of the door), slide the panel out, then slide it into the new door and reinstall the trim. The 1200 and 1210 panels may not be the same size, so measure before trimming anything. The Norcold 1210 has been discontinued by Norcold, and the replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS.
