That's a common problem on the 1200/1210. The hose can usually be reached from the back of the fridge through the lower outside vent. Pull a little slack, trim off the stretched end, and push it firmly back onto the tray's drain spout. A small hose clamp or zip tie helps it stay put. Avoid sealants that could block the drain. If the tray itself is cracked, the Interior Drip Tray 618774 has been discontinued by Norcold, so check the product page for availability. The 1210 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N15DCSS. See our Norcold replacement guide.
