If the temperature doesn't change between 1 and 9, first check that the thermistor is clipped to the fins and test it. A bad or loose thermistor gives exactly this symptom. See our thermistor test article. The Thermistor 636658 is in stock. If the thermistor is good, the board may be the cause. The Board Kit 637779 has been discontinued by Norcold, and the in-stock options are the 628661 and Dinosaur 6212XX. The N822 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X.
