Most likely, yes. If the heat sources work (the boiler area gets hot on AC and LP) but it doesn't get cold, the cooling unit has usually failed. Look for yellow residue or an ammonia smell to confirm. The Cooling Unit 632316 for the N1095 has been discontinued by Norcold. The N1095 is discontinued too, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N8X. See our not cooling guide and Norcold replacement guide.
