On the DC0061, the thermostat sensor usually runs along the evaporator (the freezer plate) inside the cabinet, clipped to the evaporator and wired back to the control. The Evaporator Thermistor 605505420 fits most DE/DC models, but it has been discontinued by Norcold. Heavy frost usually comes from a door seal letting moist air in, so check the gasket too. The DC0061 is discontinued, and Norcold's replacement is the Norcold N2175. See our Norcold replacement guide.
