Turn off all power first (12V and 120V). Remove the trim cover around the control panel, usually a few small screws along the edges, and gently pull the panel forward. Take a photo of the ribbon cable before unplugging it. Move the connections to the new Optical Display Board 628663 and reassemble. It has a 2-3 week lead time. The N412 is discontinued, and the closest current Norcold propane model is the Norcold N4150. See our Norcold replacement guide.
