A board that got soaked and only ran briefly after drying has very likely been damaged. Moisture and a nearby lightning strike can corrode or burn the circuits. Since it also shows 6 flashes and the interior light is out, the board is the most likely cause, but check the thermal fuse/limit circuit for continuity too. The Norcold 628661 is the current replacement for most N6XX/N8XX boards (including the older 628561 style), and it's in stock. See our 6 flashes article.
